We use print, electronic, and online media to market the position in accordance with the job description in order to contact possible candidates. We gather applications from a variety of sources.

Screening & Shortlisting
We choose applicants based on job requirements after reviewing resumes and application forms. Through phone calls or in-person meetings, we shortlist the prospects and get them ready for the interview process.

Arranging Interview
Candidates that pass are invited to the final interview on a specific day. Either our company's recruitment officer or a representative of the employer will conduct the final interview with these applicants.

Medical Checkup
Selected individuals undergo strict medical examinations at authorized medical facilities. Our organization guarantees the highest level of health and safety through these precautionary measures.

Visa Processing
We gather the required paperwork and submit a visa application. Following a successful visa application, we set up the candidates' lessons. We educated candidates in class on the duties of their positions, the workplace, labor laws, and the customs of their departing country.

Travel Arrangement
Following final approval, we move forward with the candidate's travel plans. We give them a brief overview of their trip and work together before they depart. We have a dedicated travel agency that will give candidates the help they need when traveling.

Deployment
Applicants are finally deployed from their home country to the recruiting country once all of the aforementioned procedures have been completed. After arraival, we ensure that the employer's representative welcomes the candidate.
